Our processing lines offer customers the ability to streamline costs and efficiencies with in-line slitting, cut-to-length, and doorskin stamping.
The company origins go back to 1979, when Turner Steel Service Center was formed and began doing toll processing work for a few local steel mills in Sharpsville, PA. Quickly gaining a reputation for quality work and fast delivery, the business began to grow. By 1980, Turner Steel Service Center had moved to its current location in Hermitage, and by the late 1980’s, the company had begun to service the entry door industry. In 2002 a partnership with Samuel, Son & Co., Limited began and Samuel Stamping Technologies, LLC was formed.
Our expertise in doorskins was first developed by producing flat sheet for flush doors and then later, stamped sheets that were production-ready. Our doorskin operations were honed over the years and we now offer both standard and high-definition designs. Many of Samuel Stamping Technologies' high definition dies are patented or patent pending and are unique in the marketplace. Our doors are available in retail and commercial operations nationwide.
Our partnership with Samuel, Son & Co., Limited keeps our commitment to the service center industry strong. We offer cut-to-length, slitting and doorskin stamping, all in-line. Samuel Stamping Technologies is a hybrid, custom processor of light gauge, critical surface metals. Our capabilities include HRP&O, cold-rolled, galvanized, electro-galvanized, galvanneal, aluminized, aluminum, and stainless steel. Samuel Stamping Technologies also processes a wide variety of pre-painted metals including primed and finished coated material, with the capability to apply protective vinyl and stucco emboss.
From Turner Steel to Samuel Stamping Technologies, we have opened a lot of doors for our customers along the way. We strive to deliver the best in patented and proprietary products, innovative designs, and second-to-none service solutions.
